Fault Tolerant Rack Mount to Debut at ASIS 2007 Article body text: TORRANCE, CA – September 24, 2007 – “Rack Ready”, the latest version of the Fault Tolerant Controller (FTC) will debut at this year’s ASIS convention in Las Vegas. Now IT department friendly, the industry’s first ever “Fault Tolerant” access controller has been fitted to a sleek 2U rack mount enclosure. An additional added feature to the rack mount is revealed by a small WiFi antenna extending from the rear of the unit, boasting “Wireless” rack mount controllers inside. If for any reason communications fail, the FTC automatically utilizes one of three alternative communication ports.
PCSC will display the new rack mount controller on the ASIS trade show floor, but the real excitement will be seen just off-site at private live demonstrations.
